Glen Echo and Balboa dance announcements
Glen Echo Park
The original site described Swing dances on Saturday nights in the Spanish Ballroom or Bumper Car Pavilion at Glen Echo Park. See the venue’s calendar for current events.
Third Friday Balboa DJ Dance Party
The archived announcement listed the Backroom Annex at Glen Echo Park, 7300 MacArthur Boulevard, Glen Echo, MD; a drop-in beginner Balboa lesson from 8:30–9pm; and a DJ dance from 9–11:30pm, priced at $10.
The announcement stated that the party would resume when public social events were allowed at the park. This is a historical notice and does not confirm a current event or price.
All Balboa dancers were welcome, with no membership requirement for DC’s Back-Room Balboa Club.
